“This was my first time visiting and I remarked to my companion how I enjoyed Begick better than Bronner's ... until the very end. The store is beautifully decorated. There are rooms and rooms of delightfully decorated trees and holiday decorations. We wandered for over an hour mesmerized and amazed at the amount of work that must have gone into making such an unforgettable winter wonderland. Sadly, it came to a halt when we checked out and were assisted by a young lady with an attitude. She seemed to take it as a personal affront when I mentioned she rang up some bulbs for more than they were advertised for. The store manager didn't seem too concerned about the customer service provided by his employee as he basically dismissed me by refunding my full amount. Thankfully there were some other lovely ladies at the other registers who understood and then assisted me and salvaged the visit. If ever in the area again, I will definitely go back but be more particular in which register I choose. Put this on your list if you are near Bay City.”

“Someone told me about this place (it is not heavily advertised) and it is the best place ever! No better deal around for the price and I doubt that I ever shop anywhere else unless it's for rare seeds.Only complaints:1. There are no rare seeds2. Shipping is not free unless you buy a bunch.......llike $50 or more. Any less and it's super steep so I purchased a bunch all at once to get the free shipping.3. I don't believe there were as many seeds as they advertised. For example, a few packages that I opened said 330 or 500 seeds and there was nowhere near that many seeds in the package but it was still a great deal and still have more seeds that just about anyone else seems to offer for the price.”

“Excellent customer service. Employee I asked for help wasn't sure what part I needed to get, but he got his boss. The boss was more than helpful and helped me get apart a corroded shower handle I had and helped me find a replacement handle and made sure it fit my stem. I appreciated the help.”

“We went to the one in Bay City Michigan and the girl in the flooring department was fantastic! She helped us get a few different types of flooring for our escape room and was happy to do it. I feel bad for forgetting her name because I'd like to give her credit for her efforts. I would request her to help me the next time I go there. I Like Home Depot because they have a lot of things in stock that would be special order elsewhere and I can get it now, and at a fair price. I have a pro extra account which helps me keep track of all of my purchases I don't need to save paper receipts anymore they keep all that for me makes my record keeping and looking stuff up that I previously purchased easy.
