“I broke my screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, did my research, read a TON of reviews on Mr.Frog and 1upGames and this company. Well, I crossed off Mr. Frog they had wayyy to many negative reviews for my comfort. So it was between this company and 1upgames. Well this company I knew for sure used Samsung replacement products so that was kind of what lead me to go with them. Well, I'm so glad I did! They are AWESOME here! Great customer service, super friendly, AMAZING turn around time and the tech that fixes the phones work is GREAT! Dropped my phone off at 10:30am and got the call it was done at 1ish PM! That was awesome! Now it did cost for my phone to get fixed around 320 dollars, yes thats a bigger number than most places but honestly I think here you get what you pay for! You're paying for quality parts, fast turn around time, friendly personable stuff etc. And honestly I think the price was absolutely WORTH it. They also have a 6month warranty period and many of the places I did research on did NOT have that long of a warranty period. They may say lifetime warranty but please read the fine print! But, I would also like to add in speaking to them they often send work they cannot fix to 1upGames. So if this may be to pricey for you 1upGames is also a very good choice!
Make sure to call beforehand as well due to Battery plus' phone repairman having floating hours. So if you call beforehand or make an appointment online you'll save yourself some trouble and also give yourself the chance to have a quick turnaround time! All in all highly recommend! The only little problem I had after I picked my phone up was my speaker phone would not work. Well did a little googling and one suggest to just restart my phone to get things back in order after it being pulled completely apart. Which I did and it seemed to have fixed it! But I'm still going to call and let them know so they're aware. But to be continued, we will see what comes in the next few months... if things change in time I'll update my review but as of now!! Please pay the price and give these awesome guys your business! Super great place!! Thank you for all you guys do, it truly shows that you care about your work and customers!”

“Great place to get batteries. They always have what I need and there were time where I needed a battery with a little more amps and they helped find a direct replacement. I have bought car batteries, golf cart batteries, floor scrubber batteries and just picked up one for my mower.”
