About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas, a propane gas company, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some praise the friendly service and timely delivery, others criticize the high prices and impersonal call center experience. The company has been commended for its attention to detail, such as painting and relabeling tanks, and its reliable service, particularly in remote areas. Overall, Ferrellgas seems to provide a varied level of service, with some customers highly satisfied and others feeling the company is overpriced.

Always have a good experience with this company and their employees. The drivers are polite and the representatives on the phone are always exceptionally helpful anytime I've had to call. Very happy with Ferrellgas!

The Delivery was good with the exception of the driver of the vehicle. The ground was wet, he ended up stuck and had to have another Ferrell gas truck come out and pull him out.
In the meantime, there are deep ruts left in the backyard. Is there anyone that can come out and repair them? Please advise. Thank you, Pam
