“I have had units at both Toy Storage and Bay Area Storage since 2024. The owners and staff are a wonderful group of people. Very easy to work with. 100% recommend.”
“Phil / Adam & Jordan were a pleasure to spend the day with moving some of our furniture to three different locations. They have a great work ethic.
Much appreciated!

“It was the best experience. The owner is always willing to work with you if you’re falling behind on your payments. I really appreciated this. The units are always clean.”
“Was here for about 3 years total. They had the best price at the time and throughout being here, the price never changed. I paid on time all but once and when they called me and spoke with me, I explained the situation while telling them when I can make it in to pay it and if I held my word, they would relieve the late penalty, which they did. I moved out and I received my deposit very quickly. I made sure I swept as best as possible but did leave a few minor stains but still received my deposit. Very appreciative for their kindness and customer service and if I ever need to rent a storage unit again, this place has left a great impression on me where I will be calling them first for availability. Thank you”

“Deb is very sweet! As like any other business owners, they are busy. Be patient, leave a message and she will call you back ?
Very nice units & very fair reasonable pricing”
“They helped me out when I needed it and he got storage space right when I needed it. I kept my stuff there for a year and it was in great condition when I got it out! Reasonable prices and reasonable people which you dont see much of these days!”

“I did copy and paste this from my google review because I am lazy but I am highly satisfied so I want all platforms to know! Great communication and the best prices in the Bay/Saginaw Area. I used their storage for over a year and it was the best experience I’ve had with a storage unit company! My things sat there for over a year nothing was wet or damaged by rodents! Highly highly recommend! I will definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit! 6 out of 5 stars everytime!”
“Nice people and honest. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had access to our trailer 24/7. The place was clean and easy to get into and out of. We sold our trailer, but if we ever need storage again, I won't hesitate to use them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
“I've been here now 8 years and the owner is flexible and more than generous with just a bit of communication. I would absolutely recommend here to my friends. It's also very secure as it's locked up tight at night.”
“Just got off the phone with the owner..he is exactly how a business owner should respond..excited for your business vs they dont care if you choose their business..so friendly..just got off a 12 hour 3rd shift so he was patient with my (slowness).. this is how America should be..instead of trying to scam people..love him and haven't even met him yet..hope there is a unit in my size available when I need it shortly”
