Worst harbor freight I have ever been in.
Last time I was in there looking for something that sed they had when I was online. There over 15 minutes weighting for some help.
One guy on floor and my friend told me he was getting help from him but two guys up front jaw jacking with each other.
Don't know if that is how the manager runs things or people just don't care.
Though it was going to be nice to have one in Bad Axe but the last 4 times I have been there have not been good won't even order something you want or need.
I give this store a big Happy's thumb ? down!

Went there to get staples for my staple gun and walked the entire store and could not find them. There was only one guy there and he was at register and also running back and forth helping other customers. I asked him if he was the only one here and he said, no, all the others are in the back. He did help me find the staples only to have to run back up front to check someone out. I've been there before and there's always someone one the floor helping customers. That was on a Monday afternoon.

Helpful and knowledgeable personnel. They were having a computer problem otherwise I would give them 5 stars. They had some bargains and were well stocked.

I called their store on 8/7, needing a copy of my receipt showing I paid sales tax on a trailer I bought so I could register it. A very helpful employee sent me a digital copy of my receipt within a few minutes. Excellent customer service thank you!
