About Harbor Freight
Harbor Freight is recognized as America's #1 Tool Store, boasting over 1500 locations across the country. With a vast assortment of quality tools at unbeatable prices, it serves over 75 million customers, offering automotive tools, air and power tools, storage solutions, outdoor equipment, generators, welding supplies, and hand tools. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable personnel, who provide excellent customer service, even resolving issues like receipt requests promptly. The store is well-maintained, clean, and offers a variety of tools and home goods, including some unique items not found in larger hardware stores. While many products are seen as great value, customers have noted that checkout lines can be long due to limited registers. Insider deals through membership are also a notable advantage, enhancing the shopping experience for diverse customer needs.

This is, in my opinion, a smaller HF store than those I am used to shopping at. Not quite as many things on the shelves that I never realized I desperately needed. Folks working there were friendly a nd helpful.

Caitlyn and the Cashier were very friendly and helpful on 9/19. Caitlyn was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff! There was an unfriendly guest in store and she handled it like a pro easily diffusing the situation. Thats why we love harbor freight.

I must stay away! But the clips you get for 1.99 for a dozen make awesome chip clips that don't break they just get lost or tossed.
