“Every time I come into the UPS STORE, the Staff is smiling, welcoming, and happy to help their customers! My phone was dying one time going in, and they let me use the charger so I could complete my transaction. The employees are patient as well as everyone standing in line, so they must move pretty quickly in the peoples experience not to get aggravated during wait times. Costs are affordable even free sometimes! I will continue to use the Bay City location and inform family and friends about the convenience of the UPS STORE!Thanks for Providing Great Customer Service!-Lindsay Z”
