“I got my first baby here almost 2 years ago now. I was told he was a year old, he was actually 8-10 according to our vet! But that’s not the staffs fault, he was a street cat prior so I understand having to estimate, besides I wanted an older cat anyways!! The staff working were so patient and kind when I was taking 2+ hours to hangout with him and decide if he was right for me. We actually loved the staff so much that 2 months ago my boyfriend and I decided to adopt from here again. Both of my boys are so special, loving, kind, and can tell how far they have come due to the care they received at bay county as well as with us. I would adopt from here 100 times if I could handle that many cats ?!!”
“I inherited my Pomeranian from my daughter and this was our first visit to the groomer. Jody promptly returned my message, and an appointment was set for the following week. When I returned for him just under two hours later, I almost did not recognize Rocky. He was absolutely adorable without all that excessive fur he had been enduring. Quite a surprising outcome: his personality is calmer, he growls and barks less, and seems more content! Rocky will receive regular grooming henceforth. Jody is to be commended!”
“I dont write review but I felt compelled after my experience I had at the bay city petsmart last friday and monday. Both days I had an interaction with an associate who was the sweetest she wasnt wearing a name tag but after my conversation with her friday I learned her name is kelli. She was one of the friendliest employees I have encountered there. Didnt make me feel rushed even though she was busy. She answered all my questions I had and I bought things that day I didnt know I needed for my dog based on what she told me. I dont have a petsmart close to where I live but next time im near and need something for one of my animals ill be back.”
“I went to tractor supply today to have my puppy vaccinated, while I was there my husband became ill from a virtago attack. The young lady in the back there helped me. She gave him a place to sit , gave him water, and made sure that I was able to get him to my car safely. Thank you so much sweetheart, I didn't get your name but you know who you are. You are a true treasure of a worker. This was around 4 pm Sunday.”
