“I inherited my Pomeranian from my daughter and this was our first visit to the groomer. Jody promptly returned my message, and an appointment was set for the following week. When I returned for him just under two hours later, I almost did not recognize Rocky. He was absolutely adorable without all that excessive fur he had been enduring. Quite a surprising outcome: his personality is calmer, he growls and barks less, and seems more content! Rocky will receive regular grooming henceforth. Jody is to be commended!”

“I went to tractor supply today to have my puppy vaccinated, while I was there my husband became ill from a virtago attack. The young lady in the back there helped me. She gave him a place to sit , gave him water, and made sure that I was able to get him to my car safely. Thank you so much sweetheart, I didn't get your name but you know who you are. You are a true treasure of a worker. This was around 4 pm Sunday.”

“What a Wonderful Place ! Very loving..welcoming..caring people ready to help you & your Fur Babies any way they can ! We..Shhh..have 8 Kitties all colors breeds & sizes...our home is such a happy fun place..it's like 🎄 morning every day! Use a steel scooper with rubber coated handle, well worth the extra few dollars, it will last for years ! No litter pan scent at our house..EVER ! My husband scoops every morning We have plenty of litter pans up & down..many tricks to use to make the litter deal much much easier..always have big enough pans (we use large black cement mixing pans from lowes..they have a curved rounded edge all around..are very sturdy enough that your bigger kiiy can stand on the edge & go & run about $.6 dollars a pan..lasts very long..we replace all of them faithfully every November ! Please if you need great Veterinary care or pet needs of any kind go to this Wonderful place..take home a wonderful older pet who will be so very grateful & give you something special & magical that Only they can for the rest of their lives..you will thank God for them !! “I dont write review but I felt compelled after my experience I had at the bay city petsmart last friday and monday. Both days I had an interaction with an associate who was the sweetest she wasnt wearing a name tag but after my conversation with her friday I learned her name is kelli. She was one of the friendliest employees I have encountered there. Didnt make me feel rushed even though she was busy. She answered all my questions I had and I bought things that day I didnt know I needed for my dog based on what she told me. I dont have a petsmart close to where I live but next time im near and need something for one of my animals ill be back.”
