One star, only because zero stars is not an option. I would not go to Thelen unless I had no other option. Unfortunately I have had to do this several times, and every occasion has been an unpleasant experience. Today I showed up for an appointment to have a broken side mirror replaced - I was told they would have check to see if it was in stock! They couldn't do that *before* the scheduled appointment? They claimed it was my fault because the appointment was scheduled online! Of course it was not in stock, so they had to order it (and of course I had to pay for it in advance) - that means another hour of driving to get it installed. Typical Thelen - waste my time, accept no responsibility for the screw up - but be sure to get the money in advance! Avoid these yahoos if you can.

It’s been a while since I purchased my vehicle. I wasn’t gonna leave the review, but then I decided I didn’t want any. Any other women to get taken advantage of this dealership sold me a car with a bad transmission. It literally went out within a week of me purchasing the car and if I hadn’t purchased that insurance, I would’ve been out $1900. There’s no way they could’ve known that that transmission was not bad but yet they sold me the car anyway they should be ashamed. I’m so sick of these companies taking advantage of people. So go ahead and buy your car here if you want to, but it’ll probably be broken down within the week.

Alex is awesome! Super helpful guy and very easy to work with. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. First brand new vehicle purchase so I’m glad I had such a great salesman to work with. Highly recommend! Subaru for life :)

Bought a 2024 Ram 2500 here, had it 2 weeks , went to fill it up and it wouldn't take any gas, kept clicking off, took 15 min to fill it. Researched and found the filler neck seems to have issues and many guys experienced what I did, Got it in and the vent tube that goes to charcoal cannister needed replaced, it was and I got my truck back. Here is my issue: 1st, the truck was full when I picked it up, it should have never left the lot with a known issue, 2nd I was charged $39 for the gas they put in after replacing vent tube to insure problem was resolved. These trucks are not cheap and i would have expected more, resolution of this matter would increase my rating. Thelen reached out to me and committed to paying for the gas I was charged for, due to them making it right I have decided to up my rating 4.

Recently purchased a 2021 tiguan, and after two weeks the the engine light was on. On week three, I dropped it off ( they could only see it at that time). It has been almost 2 months. They have been waiting on a technician to come out from the warranty company. So I called the warranty company, and they stated that they had already stopped and looked at the car but were unable to contact anyone, so they left a message. When I called the dealership, they were conveniently already on the phone with the warranty company and that they would give me a call back. They didn't. Long story short, I've had this car for 3 weeks, and the dealership has had it longer than me. And for what I've spent on a car that had engine issues after such a short amount of time leads me to belive they are perfectly fine selling faulty cars to young college students and giving them a run around. I should have refunded the car when I noticed issues. Now, however, I would recommend to anyone in my position and get a lawyer because I dont foresee anything being done about this, especially in a timely manner.
