Went into the Thelen Honda showroom and was completely ignored. Even after others that looked different than myself were acknowledged. Unacceptable!!!!!

I love the parts department here. They always remember me, give me updates on my ordered parts, and get me the right stuff the first time. The prices are reasonable, considering they're OE parts. I haven't dealt with sales, but considering I drive a Honda, I won't need to any time soon!

Took my girlfriend's car here to get a recall serviced. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even got it done early.
