5/8/26 I originally gave them a 1 ⭐, as I drove over an hour. It was 2pm on a Friday. Nobody was at the Bay City location. No vehicles. No sign on the door. Door locked. The place looked abandoned, like they are out of business. Called the phone number on the door and after it rang 10+ times I was told to make an appt. The guy on the phone said he was at another location. Nobody here to do an inspection or repair on a windshield. What kind of business handles customers this way? I do not recommend.
NOTE: their Tawas and Hale, MI physical locations do NOT exist at this time, but they do service these areas.”

“I went in to ask about work needing to be done on truck. The gentleman crawled under my truck then and there and was very honest with me. Explained all the work needing to be done and the price and how much time to do it. However, overall said it wasn't worth the money basically. He was correct and I have different vehicle now. “Absolutely great experience with this shop. I brought them a custom exhaust job on a piece of equipment and they had me in and out in under an hour. They repaired the broken support bracket, ran the new exhaust exactly where I wanted it, and did clean, quality work.
The entire staff was awesome—friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the job done right. It’s hard to beat that kind of service, especially on a custom job that isn’t your typical everyday exhaust work.
Great people, great work, and an incredibly fast turnaround. I’ll definitely be coming back for more work in the future. Highly recommend!”

But he aired up a tank and brought it over to help! Even told me to come over and he'lI cut off the remaining plug. I offer to pay for the time. Jacob declined. “I took my 2019 Expedition there last Monday. Roger accommodated me and diagnosed a rear axis seal leak. I was suppose to travel out of state in 2 days and despite being solidly booked and busy he somehow was able to get my car ready in 2 days.
He did a great job at reasonable price.
I will definitely go back for all my auto repairs and highly recommend him.”
