“Bob is a delight to work with! I wasn’t able to meet him until the day i picked up my truck, and he treated me as if he had always known me.On NYE my truck broke down over 200 miles from home. Over that weekend I dropped it off at a Bay Auto Repair (who were great as well) with only a note. They weren’t able to repair what was actually broke, and kindly had it towed to Bay Transmissions. With only being able to talk with me over the phone, Bob put so much work and effort into getting my truck fixed and returned back to me.On the trip back home, I had zero issues. I didn’t think I could become happier with the service i received, but the long trip proved otherwise!”
