He even texted me the number of a new storage facility that just opened up in the area, even though it was a competitor. This is what I love about people in Michigan (where I am originally from). They are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. I would love to do business with them if and when they have an opening!!!”

“I have my personal belongings in two units at this storage unit. The owners/managers have always contacted me if something was going on at the units to let me know that it wasn't safe for us to be there. These units might not have a security gate, but they do security cameras.”
