“We moved from Illinois and stored all our worldly possessions at ICON for six months while we searched to buy a house in Midland County. We rented two 25 foot units and experienced no issues. Access to the facility is secure with fencing and a locked gate. We were able to access our units at any time with a code. The facility and units were clean and lanes were kept free of snow over the winter. They are conveniently located north of Midland on Eastman. The office personnel were courteous, informative and a pleasure to do business with. We would use them again if needed.”

“Only reason I didn't get a 5 is because, my last month they charged me and extra 30 dollars and said rate increase was coming after 6 months of storage. I also didnt like that you had to use there renters insurance to rent the unit. But it was a great size loved the storage container, it was climate controlled what I liked especially for electronic.”
