“Truly grateful for their help! I am visiting town from Nashville and thought I just needed a quick bulb replacement as my turn signal was out. Turns out the entire tail light system in my jeep was flooded and needed to be replaced which was looking to be an expensive replacement at the dealership. They took the time to call around to find me a much better deal in parts and were able to get it fixed and back on the road by the next day. “Today I was stranded on the side of the road in a hot car with two of my daughters and about an hour from home. When I called this towing company, not only did Cory show up within 10 minutes of my call but he also helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and helped me get back on the road instead of just towing my vehicle all the way back to my house. Although my gas gauge showed I still had gas, he helped me determine that my gas tank was actually just empty. Instead of a $350 tow bill, I was charged a $75 hook up/service call fee and I was able to drive my car back home after he got me and my car to a gas station down the road.
When I thanked him for his help, he said, and I quote, “A lot of tow companies would have just taken the money, but this is a small town and it’s not about the money.”
I’m so very grateful for his honesty and his help and I would highly recommend this company. What a blessing he was for me and my girls today.”
