“I can't say enough good things about Rockford Collision. They really helped me out when I was in a pinch on a Friday afternoon. I called, they told me to bring my vehicle right in, and within an hour the issue was diagnosed, fixed, and I was back on the road.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping instead of making me wait days for an appointment. “I would have to say I started going to river valley after I bought my 2007 f150 in 2021. My truck has been a nightmare of disasters since I bought it, I got gouged for price during pandemic when most small dealers were trying to stay afloat. River valley has been my savior! So helpful but just a bit overbooked, but only because people are fixing vehicles instead of trying to keep buying new. And river valley has the best service and knowledge. Props to them! Never been happier and won't go anywhere else.”

“I could go on and on about this place. Honest, fair, and skilled in all of your vehicles needs. From body work to engines and electrical, to oil changes and simple maintenance work and tire rotations and brake replacements and such, You name it. They do it. And if they can’t do it or get you in, then best believe they know of someone or place that is trustworthy and fair priced. They’ll find a way to take care of you or ease your worry. You’d be surprised how much extra time and care that they spend with your vehicles that they won’t take credit for, especially if you’re a loyal customer. No mess left and no issue goes unnoticed, and your car drives better than when you bought it. If they have concerns about other things that don’t concern you in the moment, they’re honest and transparent about it and will welcome you back. They inform you of everything possible, and leave the decision to fix it up to you, if you please. They never take advantage. I can’t appreciate this place enough for everything they’ve done for me as a car owner and a human being, and how many times they’ve saved my butt and my car. From battery replacement, sensors, and normal maintenance, changing my headlights, and even replacing my hood when I was in a pinch after hitting a deer. They even color matched my paint. They didn’t let me drive away two-toned lol. Todd and his employees took care of me like no other! They never let a vehicle leave the lot without making sure its road-ready and safe. Simply because they’re just good people with families of their own, making a solid living too. They won’t let you drive it away if it’s not safe for you and your family. The boss man and his lead mechanic (son) know what every knock, rattle and shake your vehicle makes and what it means, and knows exactly how to get the problem solved within the same day, and don’t stop til it’s done. And They are always striving to learn more, to give you an even wider range of services. You get what you pay for and drive away satisfied and feeling like you have a brand new car again. never below expectations, always above in my opinion. I can’t appreciate these men enough for all they’ve done for me and my trusty, rusty car. Appreciate your mechanics. They keep the wheels of this world moving. Without them, we’d be stranded!”
