Trying to claim our tank as theirs even though they don't own it. Hasn't been filled in 4 months and left us without propane in negative temps. Tried to get emergency fill up and never received it. Now they are trying to charge us for the tank they dont own and propane we never received.

ZERO STARS! Since Amerigas closed the local office, company has been terrible. Will not honor locked in price. I have a prepaid credit they will not refund ( prepaid 1,000 gallons / refund owed due to last years mild winter 2023) . Call center is overseas and not helpful and no one can seem to find a supervisor or billing to help me.
Awful ! Should be called AsiaGas instead of AmeriGas!

Echo all the other negative reviews. Left me with no propane coming out of full tank the day before Thanksgiving. Regulator not working. Told me I could have a Friday appointment. I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up. This company used to be in Bellaire and boast they could service you 24/7. No longer remotely true. I don't think i could get anyone out here if there was a gas leak. Unsafe and unacceptable. I will be changing companies as soon as possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT do business with them. They are now in the Netherlands. Hard to speak to anyone, put on hold for over 15 minutes just to talk to someone and if they cannot resolve your problem they pretend like the call was dropped or they put you back on hold and never pick back up. Was supposed to be on auto fill and was not… ran out of propane in sun zero weather and they could care less. Had to start over several times. Switching to a local company!!

Totally centralized service, no way to talk to local delivery driver, we called about 24 to 36 hours ago, and still no one has been able to come. Even for emergency issues like no propane getting to the house in winter with risk of pipes freezing, no one has been able to get here within 24 hours. Would recommend looking for other options!

Damaged my line when removing the tank that they took 3 weeks and multiple calls to remove. I will be seeking payment or I'll sue in small claims court. FYI I have it all on video.

Should be zero stars. Call center will not honor my locked in price. Trying to charge me $1.20 a gallon extra. Open the Bellaire office again. Looking for new providers

I've been with Amerigas for over 10 years, I've always dealt with the M88 Bellaire, MI office and the People in that office were Great! But when Covid hit and the office was forced to close to face to face contact (understably) evidently the corporate people thought that was a better way of doing business. WRONG!!!! Now that things are easing up a bit I want to be able to go in and talk to a Human IN MY AREA about anything I might need concerning my gas needs or account! If they don't straighten up I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible horrible company. I will never do business with AmeriGas again. We have been a Pentwater customer of theirs for twenty years. When they switched their billing process they screwed us over and we fought their invoices for months - clearly incorrect based on our extensive history (which they had on file) and could provide no proof of these monthly deliveries during the winter months when the house is rarely used. We finally came to an agreement and we paid.Next billing cycle after one fill there were two charges instead of one. They said they were not able to issue credit so just wait until the next fill blah blah. We’re ripped the tank out the next week and brought in Excel which we use at another house in Hart. They are much better for service and friendliness. The people at AmeriGas are just plain rude and don’t care about customer loyalty. Bye bye AmeriGas - you have lost a long-term customer for good.

The local staff are wonderful, but with the local office closed, the service has gone way down hill. The call center is terrible.

Worst propane company I have dealt with. Long story short. So far I have been waiting 31+ hours in single digit/low teen Temps with zero propane left to heat my house for a emergency propane delivery that still has not yet arrived and will Cost an additional $300 for the "Expedited" delivery. Customer service is almost completely useless
