She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. “My eight year old daughter was excited to go in and buy a Roblox card on her own with her hard earned $20 only to be rudely declined by one of the female employees. I had to go in and ask why they sent my daughter out of the store crying, only to find out it was perfectly fine to sell her the card. You were so freaking rude to my daughter and I don’t appreciate that at all. I’m never going back to the store again!Update: 1-31-2023Customer service reached out to me and apologized for the issue. They told me I could come in and the owner would purchase a gift card for my daughter. I brought her in today and she was provided a $20.00 ROBLOX card for the inconvenience and the apologized to my daughter. They also provided her a free drink and donut. I am very happy with how they handled the situation and will shop there again. Their customer service is top notch!”

“I HIGHLY recommend working with Damon Watson! We first visited ABC Warehouse in June of this year to purchase a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator for our full kitchen remodel. Damon asked what kind of features we were looking for in each appliance and then took us through options that he personally recommended, as well as compared those to other popular options. He did not put any pressure on us whatsoever and was very patient and helpful in answering questions. We left that day having purchased our new appliances, knowing that we'd be delaying delivery due to the remodel timing. Damon assured us that it was no problem, and that he would follow up with us periodically to check on a delivery date - and he did, but again did not pressure us to get the delivery done. When we finally took delivery of our appliances, we began using the microwave and dishwasher immediately, and have had no issues. The fridge was another story, as it arrived damaged, but we called Damon and he got us set up with a repair company. We ultimately ended up needing a new unit, and when the new unit arrived there were visible scratches on the doors. Damon was patient and understanding, and most importantly went WAYYYY above and beyond to get our issue resolved. (Damon, if you see this - we are FINALLY using our new fridge and are SO happy with it). Damon's positive attitude, patience and willingness to help us get everything resolved were so very much appreciated.”

They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“The African American cashier is the most friendly, fast and accurate cashier at any convenient store in the detroit metro area. Everytime I visit he asks me how I'm doing, makes sure I have everything I need, all while doing his job perfectly. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I'm sure he has bad days or is in a bad mood but he never shows it or treats customers differently. One day he even took 2 dollars out his own wallet and gave it to me because he heard me telling a friend I didn't have money for bus fare. I wish I knew his name to make sure he is recognized”
