Needed a new TV, so went to Best Buy and told Maddie what we had that failed and what we wanted. She showed us some options and took time to explain the features. She sold us on a REALLY GOOD model. She is FANTASTIC! She didn't try selling us something we did NOT need, she took time to get us what we wanted!!
