“Within 20 minutes my vehicle was on the tow truck and Mike made sure I was all set. Thank you to Mike and Jeff for taking good care of us! We recommend using Frazier’s Towing for all of your towing needs.”
“The gentlemen was very kind and considerate. Wait time was sooner than expected. He was quick and very knowledgeable in telling me what the Michigan law requires him to say about driving on a donut tire. I would definitely call Porters again when I need road side assistance! Thank you for the work you do”
“Best mechanic in town. All of my cars always go to this shop for their service. Baba is a very honest mechanic and his labor rates are very affordable with very high quality work. The only shop I trust with my car!!!”
“Best towing experience I've ever had. Much better than calling roadside. Came within 20 minutes, was very knowledgeable and personable. I was able to pay with a tap method using my credit card & instantly received my receipt via text message. So I'm assuming you could also pay with ApplePay or GPay. Altho I'm in Washtenaw county, I'll be using Canton Towing & Recovery anytime I need it. Made the most stressful of situations feel like a breeze.”
“Wonderful experience—appreciated being treated with respect and kindness. The employees gave me a thorough explanation of what my vehicle needed and I felt confident in the repairs!”
“Mr. William helped me tow my wife's vehicle home and was super professional, polite, and nice to interact with. I highly recommend this service to anyone in the area!!!!”

“I had an awesome experience getting my car hood replaced and the paint work done. Gene was my technician, and he was absolutely great, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything along the way. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.
The hood replacement came out perfect, and the paint match is spot on. You honestly can’t even tell there was any damage, my car looks brand new! The attention to detail really shows, and the work was completed in a timely manner.
Huge thanks to Gene and the entire team for their amazing work and customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or body work. I couldn’t be happier with the results!”

“This was in Toledo,OH
Instead of just loading my car and taking it to the destination, my tow driver,Gary, took the time to ask me questions to see if I even needed to be towed, gave me options without any pressure and insured my comfortability with the ending decision. It was not an easy job but the driver made it happen. I appreciate the quick response and prompt arrival - as well as the drivers professional attitude.”
“Great Lakes is Highly Recommended, they were very knowledgeable of towing my Gravel Train. Dakota was very helpful and courteous in an already stressful situation. Took good care of my stuff. Will use them again next time!!”
“I've used them in the past and they remachined my heads. I only thought one side needed to be done but they did the other side for a really great cost to alleviate future problems. Here now for a tire on my buddies car and they've been awesome yet again. They're so intelligent, super honest and you can tell they care (those were my friends exact words)”
“Car broke down on the way to a bachelorette party, Stevie was quick and very helpful. He even helped us unload all of our luggage and bags into the tow truck with no hesitation. He was extremely polite and professional. Round of applause for Stevie!👏”
