“I had a cargo trailer pop off the ball on a crack in the road on M14 in the construction zone. (imagine there is a bad road in Michigan) I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Bad Sam roadside assistance, and gave up as they 'tried to find someone'. I called Mayflower Towing, they were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Rick is super smart and helpful and made sure everything was 100% correct, even to the point of follwing me to the next exit to make certain. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are good folks, and do a good job at a very reasonable rate.”

The situation on-site was not easy, and the contact at the delivery location was extremely rude to the driver. Despite that, the driver, Keith, stayed calm, professional, and focused on getting the job done the right way.

“I had an awesome experience getting my car hood replaced and the paint work done. Gene was my technician, and he was absolutely great, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything along the way. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.
The hood replacement came out perfect, and the paint match is spot on. You honestly can’t even tell there was any damage, my car looks brand new! The attention to detail really shows, and the work was completed in a timely manner.

“My experience with them has always been through AAA and I have to say that every time I have dealt with them it has been just an overall great experience. They have always been quick to respond to my AAA service requests. The dispatcher has always asked all the right questions and the guys who have come out are always professional and courteous. This most recent occasion was due to the transmission in my daily driver going out and I had to have it towed from The Corner of 5 Mile and Beech Daly in Redford MI all the way down to Telegraph and Wick RD in Taylor MI. I just wish I could recall the driver's name so I could give him a shout out as well for his stellar service.”
