“Great group here, I had hit a deer and was recommended to them by friends of mine. I dropped the car off there in the middle of the night (by tow truck as the car was totalled and undriveable). Rick got ahold of me the next day just to discuss insurance details, anytime he had any contact with my insurance company he got ahold of me right after to let me know how the process was going in case they hadn't gotten ahold of me. Because it was totaled I didn't end up needing work done. However, based on his level of professionalism and attention to customer care if I ever have another issue I will be bringing my vehicles here. Thanks for the help!”

“I recently used Gerber to fix my Nissan after a pretty intense run in with a deer. The entire process was so easy. I had my car towed there and I almost immediately got a text from them letting me know my car had arrived and when they would be starting my estimate. Every day I got a text update explaining what they were doing that day and to reassure me that they were still on track to have my car ready by the initial pickup date. My car took a little over 3 weeks to fix which considering the damage was a reasonable time frame. When I finally picked up my car they had detailed the interior which was an unexpected service that I appreciated. Overall I would 100% recommend and will definitely come back if or when my car needs repaired!”
“I love all the Autozones in Battle Creek, but especially the Autozone in Pennfield off NE Capital Ave. I’ve been going here since I was a kid some 30 years ago. I believe this was the first Autozone that opened in Battle Creek. I love going there. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they are. They usually have everything in stock, but will check other stores to see if they can get your part in sooner if it’s not on the shelf. My dad went there, I go there and now my kids go there. I highly recommend Autozone and especially the one in Pennfield. Shout out to the two ladies yesterday who helped my little guy in the toy and snack aisle while I was looking for a part for my truck. I will keep going back to this Autozone as long as I live in Battle Creek.”
