“If you ship from this location and the guy helps you then you’re in good hands. However, if you get the woman it’s a lot more difficult. She may need some additional training. When she pulled up the zip code my package was shipping to she informed me that they don’t ship to that zip code. When I informed her that I had just shipped a package just fine last week to the same address, all of a sudden she figured it out and blamed it on the computer. After she finally printed off the shipping label and slapped it on the package with no clear plastic protector envelope. I mentioned that the guy put it in a plastic sleeve. She quipped, “We’re out of those.” I then told her that there’s a whole stack of them right there under her register on the shelf in plain view where I could see them. Her response was they don’t fit the label. Huh, funny they fit last week. My recommendation would be to ship with the guy not the woman. Obviously she doesn’t like to service the UPS account.”
