“All I can say is WOW. I usually shop with discount tire but went with m &w this time around. Called in Tuesday and ordered my tires and set up an appointment for 1pm the next day. They called at 9am saying my tires were in, showed up around 10am and was out the door by 11am. Alexis was super friendly and helpful. 10/10!”

“This place has worked on my vehicles twice. Once for my Kia's remote start. And my Jeeps lights. I plan to return for more work on my Jeep. Both visits they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and are willing to work around my schedule with ease. They did magnificent work I have not had to go back to fix or repair any of the work they've done. All prices are average and what you should expect. Fair pay=excellent work.

“I went to Advance Auto Parts in Benton Harbor needing a battery. I was greeted by Jake with professionalism, having a great attitude/customer service.
Jake went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He ordered a battery for me because it was a no-stock at his location. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped from South Bend was a used battery with low voltage readings that Jake had discovered. Jake told me he could have another battery within a few hours and will make sure the quality control was in place to ensure my battery was serviceable and ready to go. WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This store location is on the other side of town for me but I will go the extra distance knowing that Jake will be there to give OUSTANDING service.

“When I walked through the door the guy said "How can I help you?" I told him I had a broken tail light. Before I could even tell him I was looking for red tape to cover it up, they said "We can't sell you any of that red tape" because apparently it's illegal in Michigan to sell it because it doesn't get you out of the ticket. ARE THEY MIND-READERS?”

He answered all of our questions specifically and accurately. In fact he gave us more information about the specific vehicle we eventually purchased as well. He made it easy and quick. We came to potential terms that day and left a small deposit to hold. Two days later we drove there for a test drive. It was better than expected, in fact it was near mint condition. “I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.”
