“Zielke Towing saved me, plain and simple. I was stuck in my motorhome, 7 hours from home, on a brutal 100-degree Saturday afternoon with a blown-out tire and nobody around who had the right size. Discount Tire had promised to get one delivered same-day and left me sitting at their shop for over 8 hours before it just never showed up. I tried five other places around town — nothing.
On a total shot in the dark, I went to Zielke Towing. Their door was open and the guys were busy on other trucks, but the owner, Jason, still took the time to hear me out. He didn't have to lift a finger for me, but he got on the phone, tracked down the exact tire I needed, and had it delivered and installed within the hour — something nobody else within an hour radius of me could pull off. It was late on a Saturday with everything closed the next day, and I was alone and honestly kind of desperate.
Jason and the guys were so kind and patient, and they went out of their way for a total stranger. Thank you, thank you, thank you — you got me back on the road when no one else could and was able to make it home safely. Much gratitude and appreciation.”

“Allen and his co-worker are incredible. I was without my car for 3 months. I was honestly unhopeful it could be fixed because it's had issues since I'd gotten it a few months ago. I got it back 2 days ago. Since I've driven it it's run smooth as silk. Turned on my heat and defroster and no issues. No more shaking or running hot. And they are honest about their prices not out to rob people in these times especially. I cannot thank them enough in giving me my life back. My honey had a kidney transplant so it's imperative we have transportation for local runs like his labs, doctors appointments, grocery store runs, and to go to the laundromat. They are a blessing! ?”

“My daughter spent a long girls weekend in Benton Harbor. Her car got her there safely but Thursday night it went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. I contacted Great Lakes first thing Friday morning and Ron said he will look at it. I had it towed and checked in midday with Mike the Service Manager. He was still diagnosing the problem. Received a call mid-afternoon from Mike that they found the problem, replaced a part and the car drove fine. My daughter picked up before close on Friday.
I want to thank Ron and Mike for fitting her car in the same day and diagnosing and fixing the issue, as I am sure they were booked. They saved us from having to drive 3 hours to Michigan to pick it up the following week. Your company really went above and beyond for us and I can't tell you how much we appreciate it!

The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. “Hit black ice on M-139 in Benton Harbor during a lake-effect storm in January and slid off the road into a ditch. My car was completely stuck and the road was still icy. I was nervous about the whole situation but Arndt's Auto Towing had someone there within 30 minutes. The driver set up the winch at the right angle and pulled my car out clean — no damage to the bumper or undercarriage. He was completely at ease in the conditions, which made me feel a lot better. For a winch-out in Benton Harbor or anywhere in Berrien County, this is the towing company you want. They know these roads in winter better than anyone. Based on M-139 right here in Benton Harbor — fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Five stars, no hesitation.”
