Discount Tire had promised to get one delivered same-day and left me sitting at their shop for over 8 hours before it just never showed up. I tried five other places around town — nothing.

On a total shot in the dark, I went to Zielke Towing. Their door was open and the guys were busy on other trucks, but the owner, Jason, still took the time to hear me out. He didn't have to lift a finger for me, but he got on the phone, tracked down the exact tire I needed, and had it delivered and installed within the hour — something nobody else within an hour radius of me could pull off. It was late on a Saturday with everything closed the next day, and I was alone and honestly kind of desperate.

They explained what had to happen, quickly set a time for the work to happen, and even came out to the site beforehand so they knew how to set up to avoid power lines and over-reach on the crane.
