One teller working today. A line in the lobby, and lines in the drive through. I waited a bit, and felt sorry for the only person trying very hard to help everyone, so I left. I will drive to the next town over to do my business. This location seems to lack employees. There is always a wait.

The service and attitude isn't very good. I'll just stick to the one in dowagiac. Not at all a fan of this location. Not a bit.

Set an appointment again and came in and came up with the same excuse. Short staff called in sick. Just change banks 53 is dying!
