“Exceptional Service from Justin Marshall at United Federal Credit Union
I recently had an outstanding experience with Justin Marshall at the United Federal Credit Union on Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor, MI. My father and I had an appointment with him, during which he spent over an hour of his time providing valuable advice and completing extensive paperwork for us.
Later that same day, we realized we had made a mistake and needed to reverse all the work Justin had diligently completed. Most people would likely have been frustrated by the wasted time, but Justin remained incredibly patient, professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire reversal process. His exceptional professionalism and understanding deserve recognition, and I highly recommend him to others seeking assistance at the credit union.
