After figuring out that Plangger's was a distributer of the same items, I called to see if they had the instruction sheet by chance. They did not, but the gentleman I spoke to was gracious enough to Facetime us and walk us through step by step on how to assemble the bed. “Good guidance from staff, great to be able to try the feel of the beds & compare. Good help to determine use of mattress choice & type of base it would need. Because our new frame had slats, but not close enough together, I mentioned use of “bunkies” in the past, & Dylan said “we make those!” Chose that over plywood to fortify for proper support. It’s Wed, & delivery will be Sunday! Good sale price. Looking forward to new improved sleep experience! Thank you to both Dylan & Derrick. Great staff, clean store, good stock of mattresses to compare.”
