“First visit to Simple Computer Repairs for repair of my laptop. Although they were not able to fix the issue, they spend many hours looking for solutions for the complex problem which was essentially a design flaw. At the end of the day, I was not charged. The staff were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. They definitely know their stuff. I will definitely use them again.”

He looked over my bill and helped change things to update my account. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and didn’t make me feel like any of my questions were stupid.
