The service and experience at the store was great.. but using my profile to leave your store a review while you have access to my phone is weird.”

“This Metro PCS store is by far the best Metro location I have personally ever been to. Sandra and Brenda went above and beyond to fix my service when there was a high security pin added to my account from another Metro PCS store that I did not create. They fixed my account, helped me change my phone number, and PIN codes. Super friendly and attentive staff at this location and they both deserve recognition! There was no wait at this location either. In the past, I've spent a lot of time waiting for help at the St. Joseph location. So do yourself a favor and visit this location for all of your Verizon needs.”
