“Amir was really cool. Would go back. While he was inspecting my jewelry, I perused the showroom and their prices seemed somewhat fair. I do think I should’ve gotten more for the bracelet I brought in, not much more but I wanted 100 - 120 for a gold bracelet I spent 200 on and he offered me 70 and right away he said that’s as high as he’s allowed to go. So the bargaining part wasn’t even fun. But that’s the world we live in now. People don’t enjoy haggling anymore and reaching a deal. Everything is all it’s just “this amount.” As a kid who grew up in flea markets and pawn shops, it’s kinda disappointing how no one haggles anymore in like an enjoyable way. Anyway, the reason I went to this store is the dude on tv from the show, his wife was my customer when I worked for Home Depot and she was working on repurposing a sconce into a table centerpiece and it was really cool. As I was checking her out I asked about this sconce thing she had and we had a whole discussion about it. She was really cool and really creative. At one point she mentioned that her husband is on tv and I said oh, anyone I would recognize and she said have you ever seen Hardcore Pawn? And I was like OH WOW! I instantly realized I was talking to Les Golds wife. It was a fun moment for me. Anyway, how ironic I took my gold to the golds family business. lol there’s a lot in a name. But they seem like good people. But yeah back to the review, Amir was very professional and while I didn’t get the price I wanted I was happy with not just Amir but the other staff as well.”

Third time I went to this place granted got a ticket but content to pay the fee because I am grateful they fixed my necklace with thee intention for me to not waste my money.
