The service of this bank has gotten progressively worse over the last 2 years.
Very long lines with only 1 counter person working, but yet they have 1 greeter and 2 other office people appearing to be doing nothing besides saying hello and chit chatting.
They need a better way to handle peak customer traffic times

8 years with a business account here. We’re moving to a different bank. Rude, utterly incompetent, and just not worth the negative energy. There are SO MANY better options for business banking, and it’s finally time to get out before they lose more of our hard earned small business $$
