“I went into the Berkeley location to get some documents notarized and was given excellent service. There were many pages and it was a bit confusing as some needed to be notarized and other didn't and some in not so apparent places. It took some time and I was helped all the way through, without feeling rushed. She was the young lady at the front desk when you first walk in and she made a some what confusing situation much easier. She even folded the documents up nicely for me and placed them in the envelope to be mailed off! Can't ask for more than that.”

My wife and I are not PNC customers but do have our mortgage through PNC. Without getting into specifics, after receiving a strange notice from PNC, and a call into their call center was unhelpfulI, I visited the Berkley Branch this morning.

Although Mr. Ellison couldn't answer all of my questions, he did spend roughly an hour bouncing between different call centers (both PNC and other entities) to get to the bottom of things.

He was extremely helpful, polite, and a great client advocate. If my family ever decides to leave our current bank, or need some other financial product or assistance, Mr. Ellison at PNC Berkley will be our first call.
