“I loved this store, five stars! all staff were very nice and friendly, clothes had lots of variety, and had good quality. Had lots of successes, and was very clean and organized! Had not only clothes but many well quality items as well. Would come back again!”
“This place is wonderful, I love the atmosphere and the program is helping me get through life traumatic issues I have experience. My son is 3 years old and he loves it there as well. They teach you so many life skills. They are helping me get closer to God. They had faith in me when no one else did. They also understand me and gives me chances to better myself.They are helping me turn my life around in a positive way.The intake coordinator Jill is awesome and my therapist Ms. Tracy is a working miracle. All the RA's are very supportive as well especially Amy and Roberta. I would advise people to come here if you want to be a better person in life...If they can help me they can help anyone... I gave them tough time and they didn't give up on me like everyone else. They seen something in me that I couldn't even see. Thank you Grace Center of Hope”
“I can't believe my luck! I started following their Facebook group just for the heck of it. I started a cooking class recently, and I'm in need of a few kitchen accessories. My gosh. I thought I'd be spending a fortune, but to my surprise, I was able to get brand new cookbooks, and practically new mixing bowls for less than 10.00! I wish i would have time to look at the clothing, but i will definitely be back! Everything is so cheap!”

“I visited this value world for the first time while in the area and was thoroughly impressed! I frequent some of the other south east Michigan locations and this one stood out to me on size, organization, and cleanliness. I felt like some pieces were more reasonably priced than what I’ve been seeing at other locations as well. I didn’t have time to go check out the whole store so I will definitely be back! “I dropped off saws in working condition today. One friendly , one kinda sour person unloaded the saws. The Royal Oak Salvation Army store refused to take the saws. The Southfield store inside is very spacious.
I picked up a couple of place settings earlier; it was exactly what I was looking for.
I like this store better than the Royal Oak store.”
“This is the second Value World I have visited. I usually enjoy thrifting but this is one of those places where you need to be mentally and physically prepared to dig through everything since their stores are so packed.The prices are okay. I had a digital $5 coupon since I signed up for their texts. I put it toward a scarf for our toddler. The cashier wasn't overly friendly and didn't seem to be thrilled to be there but she did get us out expeditiously.”

“The clothing racks seemed a little bare to me, it’s a pretty big store though with lots of other items like furniture and toys. I was happy with what I found and they offer both teacher and student discounts on Thursdays which is super nice.”

“Friendly staff, I always find good stuff never at a terrible price for things either. I just hate how if you find something on the floor without a tag, they can do nothing except for take it away from you. I’ve lost a lot of things I’ve wanted to buy because of that, which sucks. “Great prices on many items if you find items on the 50% off days in that color. Found pieces with store tags still on them even. However, some of these items were priced at $4 more than the store tag that was still on them, thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.”
“I was at your store on Wednesday for the very first time. Not only did I find a cart full of beautiful items that were fairly priced but the people working were so nice! There was a gentleman there on his first day on the floor and he made sure I got the help I needed even when he didn’t know the answer to my question. He was learning to do displays and was doing a fantastic job. There was also a very sweet lady with brightly colored hair that was super friendly. It was refreshing to find a store that was clean and organized with good merchandise and an even better staff!”
