They are committed to helping with financial solutions by offering great loan rates, convenient technology, and assistance with savings, credit scores, and auto loans. The staff has always been polite, courteous, professional, and excellent, showing true compassion, time, and patience. They provide amazing customer service, making processes pleasant and confidence-building. The credit union has helped members with very challenging situations, with specific associates noted for being so kind, helpful, and wonderful, taking time to explain details and not stopping until a resolution is found. While some members have experienced drawbacks with complex credit situations affecting loans, the overall experience leads many to state they will never return to conventional banking. I would not ever touch another financial institution. Every-time I go in a Vive branch or call with a question or need help I am treated like family. Do many banks and credit unions have their phone employees in a different country not understanding local needs . When I take to a vibe agent know they are in Michigan!!!
