“Truly exceptional - Hometown service with a an amazing selection and helpful staff. We were having issues with a water heater, and the owner, himself, took the time to describe the cause of the problem and give me options for solving it, helping me to avoid expensive mistakes! This is just one of countless positive experiences here. We are so blessed to have this business in Berrien Springs! Highly recommended!”

“Scott and his family are amazing and run an incredible shop! They are honest and knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as needed in order to make a educated purchase. They have a great selection of inventory, great customer service and very good prices…. what more can you ask for? Next time you are in the area, I would encourage anyone to stop in, say hi, and check them out.”

“Love shopping here. Family owned, local business and they still manage to have some incredible deals for those newer to guns and those more experienced. I come all the way from Grand Rapids to shop here when I can, haven’t been to another shop with the family feel like The Firing Pin.”
