When I walked into the Marathon U-Haul authorized dealer, my anxiety was at an 11. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and facing two full loads of stuff to move by myself. But the woman working there — I wish I remembered her name — changed everything.
She didn’t just process a rental. She saw me. She sat me down, talked me through everything, and gave me a moment to breathe. That’s the difference with small authorized dealers — they’re small enough to treat you like a person, not a transaction.
