Darlene was great! Helped me out finding what I needed at 2 different locations since it was hard to find 2 one way items ant one location and stayed open for me to show up to grab the trailer. You don't find people like this much anymore. So appreciated for your help in a bad situation. Thank you

U-Haul’s online system hosed our reservation. The owner of this establishment did everything in her power to help us find the rentals we needed. She really made the best of a bad situation. Thank you again. We made it home safe.
