“The place opened up just a few minutes after 10am. Not a big deal. But the gal who waited on me should be coached on when and where to eat her breakfast. Strange style of dress code, too. Not exactly friendly to me, the first customer of the day. Not a huge problem… just an observation.”

“I bought tires for my 2003 SC430 Lexus a year or so ago & when I noticed a slow leak in one of the tires I took the car in. Now, you may wonder why I bought tires from a dealer- it's because I knew I could trust this dealership! And that's a huge deal!
SOI took the car in and they fixed the leak and also gave me some good advice - which I plan to follow!

“They took great care of us when i got in my first accident. My vehicle had just broken down a few weeks before hand and my husband and I forgot to add rental to our insurance. At the time we turned that down since we both had a vehicle. So I was concerned how I was going to get back and fourth to work during that time since I work in traverse city. Well no worries because they had loaners available for people in our situation who don't have rental coverage, and it was free. The vehicle they loaned us was pretty nice.
When we picked up our vehicle, it was in immaculate condition. They didnt just fix what was needed from the accident, they did a full detail of the car. Everything in there was put together a lot nice than we had it. The blankets and pillow I had in the car for in case either of us broke down, they folded up and put in a box, everything else was put nicely into ziplock bags.
Although I never hope to be in an accident again, I would be more than happy to bring any vehicles I have to them again if it ever occurs again. Thank you so much to the honor collision team for taking such great care of us!”
