“We are relatively new to the Big rapids area I actually looked on one of the local Facebook pages ask Big rapids, I searched in the content for auto repair and this store came up a lot I called them on a Friday dropped our car off on a Sunday night using their convenient drop off box, and they called me at 8:30 in the morning my car was done at 1:00 in the afternoon for a very reasonable price. They have earned my business moving forward as long as we live in this area we will continue to use them

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Tom (Tommy) saved our bacon, big time. We called AAA, but were looking at a 2-3 hour wait! Tom arrived within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday weekend. His service was above and beyond and we were back on the road home in no time.”

They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable.
