“10/10 service! We got a flat tire on a roadtrip to the UP. We drive a Subaru Forester, so it was important that we find a matching replacement tire. BRT ordered our tire and had it arrive within 3.5 hrs of calling them. Tire arrived at 1pm on the dot, exactly when they told us it would. It took them 15 min to remove our donut, put on the new tire and check all four tire pressures. We’re en route again with minimal delay!!!
Oh and their shop music is superior.”

“If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, go see Boyd. He has been family to me and mine my whole life, so this review comes from someone who has known him for years - but l'd say the same thing if I hadn't.
We've now bought three vehicles from him, and every experience has been amazing. He never pressures, takes time to hear you and answer every question and genuinely wants what's best for you, not just to make a sale! That's incredibly hard to find these days.
He also was outstanding with my kids, helped in any way he could to make the experience the best he could.

“I would say that they have done a good job every single time one of my family members have gone there. Art is amazing at his job and he is the cheapest rate for the work he does in Big Rapids. He does a good job every time and are always satisfactory. The reason for four stars instead of five is the fact that they do not have good parking. While, yes, technically it can be considered wheelchair accessible, they should have better parking, and it's not their fault that they were placed on a bad lot.”

“I've been here a few times with a couple different vehicles. They have been really great to work with. Always had my vehicles back on time. I always drove by thinking they only did exhaust work. But they have worked on my suspension, replaced some wiper motor parts, light bulbs, some kind of drivetrain stuff, really everything I have needed done. Really nice people”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Tom (Tommy) saved our bacon, big time. We called AAA, but were looking at a 2-3 hour wait! Tom arrived within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday weekend. His service was above and beyond and we were back on the road home in no time.”

They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable. “We had wonderful service and as a walk in we understood that appointments would be a priority. We didn’t have anything else going on so wasn’t worried about it. The young man who worked with us was great customer service was on point. All in all I know there’s a lot of complaints but they did good by us. The prices also beat everyone around so I’m thankful for that with a tight budget”
