“I had a really good experience here. They correctly diagnosed and repaired a leaking valve cover gasket, which I thought was coming from another source. They also gave me a really great price on a timing belt and water pump job. They did the work in a very reasonable amount of time and answered all my questions and concerns. It’s been a few weeks since the work and there are no problems. Thanks guys for your awesome work.”

“10/10 service! We got a flat tire on a roadtrip to the UP. We drive a Subaru Forester, so it was important that we find a matching replacement tire. BRT ordered our tire and had it arrive within 3.5 hrs of calling them. Tire arrived at 1pm on the dot, exactly when they told us it would. It took them 15 min to remove our donut, put on the new tire and check all four tire pressures. We’re en route again with minimal delay!!!
Oh and their shop music is superior.”

“I've been here a few times with a couple different vehicles. They have been really great to work with. Always had my vehicles back on time. I always drove by thinking they only did exhaust work. But they have worked on my suspension, replaced some wiper motor parts, light bulbs, some kind of drivetrain stuff, really everything I have needed done. Really nice people”

“I would say that they have done a good job every single time one of my family members have gone there. Art is amazing at his job and he is the cheapest rate for the work he does in Big Rapids. He does a good job every time and are always satisfactory. The reason for four stars instead of five is the fact that they do not have good parking. While, yes, technically it can be considered wheelchair accessible, they should have better parking, and it's not their fault that they were placed on a bad lot.”

They mentioned it didn't take them as long as they first thought and it saved me quite a bit. About $175. Really appreciated the honesty and the savings. They are very busy, they do quality work and are honest. Highly recommended.”

“If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, go see Boyd. He has been family to me and mine my whole life, so this review comes from someone who has known him for years - but l'd say the same thing if I hadn't.
We've now bought three vehicles from him, and every experience has been amazing. He never pressures, takes time to hear you and answer every question and genuinely wants what's best for you, not just to make a sale! That's incredibly hard to find these days.

“Been looking for a used f-150 went all around state looking for a good price and lower miles found a few then when I was going to finally buy one seen one here the day before I was going to buy one lower miles then all I seen the truck I dreamed about having but a little out of my price range but Colton the manager helped me get into this truck even doe it was more money then the others I looked at I ended up buying it with all there insurance gap tires and ended up be a few dollars more then what I was going to buy for that I thank them thank Colton mia all that helped me get into my dream truck would highly recommend these guys they are caring and the customer comes 1st”
“I brought in two tires that needed replacing, and I knew they were slammed the moment I went in. It was also a Saturday, and nobody else was open. I expected to drop them off at 5pm that day, and have them be ready by Sunday because of how backed up they were. But they were able to get them done in just over an hour and I was on my merry way. A gentleman by the name of Kai helped me out as well, and I really appreciated his service and professionalism. I will likely come back.”
