“Been looking for a used f-150 went all around state looking for a good price and lower miles found a few then when I was going to finally buy one seen one here the day before I was going to buy one lower miles then all I seen the truck I dreamed about having but a little out of my price range but Colton the manager helped me get into this truck even doe it was more money then the others I looked at I ended up buying it with all there insurance gap tires and ended up be a few dollars more then what I was going to buy for that I thank them thank Colton mia all that helped me get into my dream truck would highly recommend these guys they are caring and the customer comes 1st”

“I’ve never had a better experience!
The battery light for my key FOB lit up the other day and I ran to Advanced Auto. I walked in, and explained the situation. I kinda assumed that he’d point me to the batteries and call it good. He took apart my FOB, found the battery I needed, and installed it. It was just a simple battery replacement in a FOB, but that was probably about the best customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Thank you again!”

“When I tell you I have not had a better customer experience from any single business, I mean it! We unfortunately had an accident on a roadtrip - enter the truly wonderful team at Gerber. They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable. “What a great place with great people our ac fan went out on the way down state when it was 94 degrees and they let me and my 5 kids and 2 dogs hang out inside the store while my husband fixed it in the parking lot even gave the dogs water and us as well”

The young man who worked with us was great customer service was on point. All in all I know there’s a lot of complaints but they did good by us. The prices also beat everyone around so I’m thankful for that with a tight budget”
