“When I moved to Big Rapids in 2018 started banking with Isabella and when I left Michigan in 2021 I stayed with Isabella and am still with them. I'm 67 years old and have lived all over the United States but imo opinion Isabella is the best bank I've used by far. If I need to call their customer service number they are always polite and resolve any issue or question.”

This bank has a small town vibe, and all the big bank benefits. When you call, you speak to a real person.. not a robot, not a foreign call center.

They have always been willing to work with me if I screw something up, for no other reason then I called and asked. Top notch customer service in my opinion. I wouldn't bank anywhere else in Big Rapids.”
“I love this bank, the fifth third in Big rapids Mi has the nicest employees working there, they always smiling, I love this bank. They fixed issues that other banks didn't. They take care of there customers. Another bank issue a card that never came, but the Big Rapids bank issued me another one and that one came less than 5 days... They always make my day, and it's convenient not too far from home”

“Have been going to this bank even before it was switched to Horizon for probably 35 years. Actually look forward to going there as I can do my banking inside or at drive thru and it's always like I'm visiting with friends. Good and helpful people from the tellers to the office staff.”
