“Love the customer service and the work they have done on my truck. I have had to drive down twice after the work was finished. One was their own mistake, and the other was a broken backup camera. The backup camera is still broken. I signed a contract to bring the loner vehicle back as I received it and full of fuel. I washed it, cleaned it, and filled it up. If I did not do this, their were actions I would be liable for if I did not. However, I have driven an extra 200 miles, and the truck is still not complete, and it's cost me an extra $60 for my own fuel. I am a better customer then they are a service provider. I love M&M, this is not a complaint it's just what is happening. Looking forward to my third trip down!”
