Staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices were pretty good, especially when combined with their rebate promotion. My only complaint was some of the product organization. Door hinges were by hardware rather than where they used to be, by the doors, but sign still said hinges on door parts area. Also, in the plumbing section, so many fittings were in wrong spots, and some of the groupings of similar part types were not next to each other which made it a little challenging to locate what we needed.

Went to buy a single board. What a pain! The employees were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. Everything is self service and the employees wouldn't help and were bordering on rude. Save big money and big time, shop at Lowes. It's right next door!

I bought 2 - American Standard Titan toilets from the Big Rapids store. I chose this model due having a lined tank.
Both leaked between the tank and bowl. This was after tightening all the way for porcelain to porcelain contact as stated in the instructions.
The 2nd toilet actually looked used when removing from the box. It was covered in dust, blue stains, and you could see where someone attempted to wipe clean.
Both toilets had surface defects and one had only a portion of tank liner caulked. The 2nd toilet had a very rough texture at bottom of bowl which I can see being very difficult to keep clean.
After speaking with our neighbor, he had the same problem and used a plumber to install.
The American Standard toilets are horrible quality. I have not enjoyed moving and installing 2 - 100 pound toilets. Now I need to do it a 3rd time from a different manufacturer.
