Menards is a store with friendly and helpful staff. Prices are pretty good, especially with rebate promotions. Customers find items they need that other stores don't have, from hardware to snacks and appliances. The store is nicely laid out with a good flow and clean bathrooms. Some feedback notes challenges with product organization in areas like door hardware and plumbing, where items can be in wrong spots or groupings are not together. Overall, visitors are very happy with their trips and often find what they need.
I love there low prices, however if you are looking for garden irrigation system and PH balance probes, don't go there. They don't carry what you need. Order from Amazon

I had gotten some shrubs at another Menards. All they had of one particular species. Made a trip to Big Rapids to see if they had any. Luckily they had enough for me to finish my project. I was surprised how picked over their garden department was already on April 25th. however.
