“I called first and spoke with Adam. He was helpful and kind. That was my first impression of the Walmart Pharmacy in Big Rapids and I was so grateful because friendliness, communication,etc... are rare these days. He even made sure I knew, if there was a reason, he would follow up.
When I went to pick up my transferred prescription.. it was ready and the lady that checked me out was just as kind as Adam was.
