“This is a good place to ship from. They also gave me advice about a return I had to a major phone carrier. I was told to keep the receipt because in 90 days I would probably be told I didn't ship my items back and would be charged if I didn't have the proof. They were absolutely correct! Almost to the day the phone carrier tried to make me pay them $150 for the equipment I returned. Because of the staff at this big rapids location not only did I have pictures I had the physical record. With that I was saved much trouble and money. Thank you.”

“I was searching on Google for a FedEx drop off and ran across this Walgreens location. Then I remembered sending off another package a year ago and went to this location. The Staff was very helpful and courteous. Fabulous Customer Service ?”
