I had the best holiday experience at the UPS store with an associate named Brenda. She was most helpful, made sure my gift would arrive to my family by Christmas Eve, and managed to save me over 10 dollars on the cost! Thanks for making the holidays a little brighter for us!

I have used the Big Rapids UPS store for many returns and have never had a problem. Always quick and easy.
