Tractor Supply Co. is a neighborhood rural lifestyle store that provides a wide range of products, including pet supplies, livestock feed, power equipment, and workwear. The team of experts, known as the customers' neighbors, is proud to offer the necessary products and seasoned advice. The store has received positive reviews from customers. One customer had a severe motor problem with a lawn tractor and the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty, but the store manager stepped in, replaced the tractor with another brand, and arranged for delivery to the customer's home, leaving the customer impressed with the store's commitment to standing behind its products. Another customer, new to the state, praised the friendly and efficient staff, particularly the two ladies who filled their propane tank quickly and courteously. The customer appreciated the let's-get-it-done attitude and the ability to pay outside the store, unlike in their previous state. Customers have also commended the store's extensive inventory, with one customer finding all the necessary parts for their IBC water tank, and another customer, new to purchasing chicken feed, receiving excellent service in finding the right product. Overall, Tractor Supply Co. is praised for its knowledgeable and helpful staff, wide range of products, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
